## Notary Protest & Presentment

NotaryCincy assists with notary protest and presentment documentation for eligible negotiable instruments in Cincinnati and surrounding Ohio communities. This includes certifying presentment, dishonor, nonacceptance, or nonpayment where applicable under Ohio notary and Uniform Commercial Code standards. In Ohio, a notary protest is a certificate of dishonor that identifies the instrument and certifies presentment or the reason presentment was not made, and dishonor by nonacceptance or nonpayment.

This service is available by appointment. NotaryCincy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for confirming with a licensed Ohio attorney whether a notary protest or presentment is appropriate or legally required for their situation.
