Do I have to provide my own shipping label?

That is the standard arrangement — you provide the label or postage, and we are happy to walk you through creating one. If you would rather not deal with it, we handle shipping for an additional $30 fee.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes — international shipping can be arranged for apostilled and legalized documents headed abroad. Customs forms and country-specific requirements add steps, so flag international destinations at booking.

When does the document actually get dropped off?

Promptly after the signing — same-day drop-off where carrier hours allow. Overnight deadlines are planned into the appointment time from the start.

What if the package needs to arrive by a hard date?

Tell us the date and we will plan the signing time, service level, and drop-off around it. Carrier performance is the carrier’s, but everything within our control is sequenced for the deadline.
