Do you really come inside the house?
Yes, with your invitation — or we can sign at the door, on the porch, or at an outdoor table if you prefer. Whatever makes you comfortable.
Can family members act as witnesses?
It depends on the document. Some documents disqualify witnesses who are named in them or related to the signer. Tell us the document type and we will flag any witness concerns before the visit.
What if the signer is elderly or unwell?
The signer must be aware and willing at the time of signing. We are patient and experienced with senior signers — see our nursing home and care facility services if a facility visit fits better.
How late can you come to a home?
