Remote Appointment Coordination

The signer is here; everyone else is somewhere else. We coordinate signings with out-of-state attorneys, lenders, and family — local execution, remote stakeholders.

Need remote appointment coordination in Cincinnati, Dayton, or Northern Kentucky?

Modern transactions are split across time zones: the attorney is in Florida, the title company in Arizona, the family in three states — and the person who must sign is here in the Cincinnati area. Remote appointment coordination is the glue: NotaryCincy works directly with your out-of-area stakeholders to receive documents, schedule the local signing, execute to their instructions, and return everything with confirmation.

This also covers multi-location documents, where counterparts are signed in different cities and must be assembled, and situations where a remote family member is arranging a signing for a local parent or relative. You do not have to be in Ohio to set up an appointment here — most of our facility and elder signings are arranged by family far away.

How this service works

  1. The remote party contacts us

Attorney, lender, family member — call or text (513) 437-1915 from anywhere with the local signer’s situation.

  2. Documents and instructions received

We take delivery of the package electronically or by mail, with execution instructions confirmed.

  3. The local signing happens

We meet the signer at their home, office, or facility and execute exactly to the remote party’s playbook.

  4. Return, scan, and confirm

Scans go back immediately where wanted, originals ship onward, and the remote stakeholder gets confirmation.

Remote Appointment Coordination FAQs

I live in California; my mom is in Cincinnati. Can I arrange everything?

Yes — this is one of our most common engagements. You coordinate with us by phone and email, your mom signs locally with valid ID and full willingness, and you get confirmation when it is done.

Is this the same as remote online notarization (RON)?

No — these are in-person signings coordinated remotely. The signer and notary meet physically; only the arranging happens from afar. If your receiving party requires or prohibits RON specifically, tell us and we will sort the right path.

How do you handle questions that come up mid-signing?

We call the remote stakeholder from the table. A live phone line during the appointment window is the single best thing a remote attorney or title company can provide.

Can you coordinate both halves of a two-city signing?

We execute the local half and sequence logistics with whoever handles the other city — counterpart assembly, shipping order, and timing so neither side stalls the other.
